2019: a fast-forward of an amazing year!

2019, what a fantastic year it has been. The year in which Brussels Airport welcomed 26.4 million passengers, and two new airlines (Sichuan Cargo & Loganair). Never before have we invested so much in the quality and capacity of our airport: Brucargo West, the replacement of all the boarding bridges in Pier B (a multi-year project), the implementation of a large fleet of fully electrical buses on tarmac, lots of digital innovations, and online airport services, the renovation of aprons & taxiways, the organisation of the 5th Spotters Day, the second edition of the Brussels Airport Marathon, the opening of our low-energy fire stations, the further extension of the water treatment plant and many, many more.
